Hello readers, June 5 was World Environment Day. So, I am writing a blog about Earth. I have Divided this blog into 6 parts. The 4 W’s and How. Read on.

When:-

Q1. When did Earth form?

Ans. 4.5 billion years ago

Q2. When did people come into Earth?

Ans. 2-3.5 million years ago

Q3. When did an asteroid crash into earth making the dinosaur extinct ?

Ans. 66 years ago.

How:-

Q1.How did Earth form?

Ans. Gravity pulled gas and dust and created Earth. Earth was as hard as bedrock and as dry as a desert. Soon, water and land came into Earth.

Q2.How did moon form?

Ans. Earth and a small planet collided and the moon was formed.

Q3. How did pangea break apart?

Ans. A rift zone in Pangea opened up. Earthquakes made the situation worse.

Q1. Why is the inner core hot?

ans. The inner core reaches 5000 degrees celsius because of the radioactive elements.

Q2.Why is Earth solid where as Jupiter is liquid?

Jupiter being the biggest has a chemical which is liquid where Earth’s crust was as dry as a desert.

Q3. Why are the rocks in mantle filled with lava?

Ans. Rocks in the mantle are called silicate rocks. The mantle cooled and minerals from water erupted with lava. So, the mantle is cool but the rocks are hot.

Ans. Earth’s core is the dense center of our planet. The core lies beneath the cool crust.

Ans. An earthquake is what happens when two blocks of the earth suddenly slip past one another. 

Earth is filled with pollution, global warming, deforestation, littering, etc. Save trees, save Earth. Please do your best to save Earth. Earth is precious. It is our duty to save it. Preserve Earth. Follow these tips:-

  1. Don’t cut too much trees and poach/hunt animals.
  2. Recycle plastic and don’t litter
  3. Reduce water pollution and save water.
  4. Plant as many trees as you can. Keep your surroundings clean.
  5. Reduce smoke from factories. Lessen global warming.
  6. Share this blog and some articles about Earth for a better society.
